Cool Running
So I started compiling my 101 Things in 1001 Days list (you can find it further down the page.) I've put "Run a 5K" on the list, but I don't really want to run in a race, just to be able to run 5K in one go. I found a training plan over at Cool Running and I'm going to try following it, starting in February. The only reason I'm not starting it now is because I've let my gym membership lapse for the month of January (the place is too full of New Year's Resolutionists for my likes) and it's too dark to run after work.
