If you head over to the fold-your-shirt website, they have step by step directions available. Or you could search YouTube for "Japanese Shirt Folding" and find a laundry basket full of other videos that slow down the action.

Damn. I need written instructions on how to do it. I can't make sense out of the pictorial instructions.
My sister-in-law is the same way. She's no good with diagrams and such. Try The Art of T-Shirt Folding; he's broken it out step by step in text.
